FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2025
The trustees present their statutory report together with the accounts of Religious of Jesus and Mary CIO (“the charity”) for the year ended 31 August 2025. The CIO was incorporated on 22 May 2024. It remained dormant throughout the period and no significant accounting transactions occurred.
Objectives and Activities
The CIO was established to advance its charitable objects as set out in its constitution. During the period the charity remained dormant and undertook no charitable activities.

Achievements and Performance
The CIO was dormant throughout the period and no activities were carried out in furtherance of its charitable objectives.
Financial Review
The CIO remained dormant throughout the period. There was no income or expenditure during the period and, at the balance sheet date, the CIO held no assets and had no liabilities. The balance on unrestricted funds at the period end was £Nil.
Reserves Policy
As the CIO was dormant and held no funds during the period, the trustees have not established a formal reserves policy.
Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees’ report and the accounts in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).

The CIO has not been active during the current year. It received no income and incurred no expenditure, and therefore made neither surplus nor deficit.

The trustees declare that the CIO was dormant throughout the period and that there were no recognised gains or losses. As at the balance sheet date, the CIO had neither assets nor liabilities and its accumulated funds were £Nil.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2025
Charity information
Religious of Jesus and Mary CIO is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation first registered with the Charity Commission on 22 May 2024.
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the charity's governing document, the Charities Act 2011, FRS 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Charities SORP "Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)".
Going concern
The trustees consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
Dormant status
The CIO was dormant throughout the period. No significant accounting transactions took place during the period and there was no income, expenditure, assets or liabilities at the balance sheet date.
