**The main activity has been the**
**delivery of the Youth Performance**
**Pathway (YPP) in partnership with**
**a Rochdale based gym, Trident**
**Health & Performance (Trident).**
**These heavily subsidised sessions**
**provide young people with**
**professional training plans and**
**support in a private, appointment**
**only gymnasium, with access to**
**equipment, materials and**
**professional guidance.**
**To date 22 evening sessions have**
**been delivered with a total of 73**
**participants.**
**We now have a register and**
**tracker in place to monitor**
**attendance.**
**We have also recently introduced**
**a Wellness survey for participants**
**to complete on entry to the**
**programme and monthly thereafter**
**to monitor progress.**

**evaluation tool, designed by**
**Manchester Business School, that**
**will allow us to measure and**
**report on our Social Return on**
