Activities

We provide physical activity, exercise and training activities to young people up to the age of 25. They receive access to a professional gymnasium and a Personal trainer (PT) who will undertake an assessment and devise a training programme over 3 months. They also receive nutrition and healthy living advice and mentoring for careers in exercise. Operating in Rochdale, Oldham and GM.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Children And Young People Up To The Age Of 25 At Risk Of Exclusion Or Who Have Already Been Excluded From An Educational Setting Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals;(c) Advancing Education; And(d) The Provision Of A Mentoring Programme With A View To Promoting Social Integration And Avoiding Exclusion From School Or College.
