2. Structure, Governance and Management
The chariiy is constituted as an unincorporated association under a goveming
document titled Friends of Paddock JIN School. Trustees are apwinted bi-annually
at the AGM. The charity operates in close coordination with Paddock Junior Infant &
Nursery School.
3. Objectives and Activities
The objects of the PTA are to advance the education of pupils at the school by:
Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents. and others
associated with the school.
Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the
school.
The trustees confim they have complied with thelr duty in section 17 of the Charities
Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public
benefit. The main activities this year were running community fundraising events to
raise furKls for school enrichment activities.
4. Achievements and Performance

The main achlevements focused on a number of successful events. The total gross
income for the period was £7.958.65
Key fundraising achievements included:
Chrlstmas Fayre: Raised £1,665.00
Ralnbow Run: Generated £2,256.57 in total (including transfers and cash)
Eid Banquet: Raised £800.00 cash and £57.02 via Sum Up payments
5. Financial Review
The attached detailed statement, prepared on a re￿iptS and payments basis. shows
total receipts of £7,958.65 and total payments of £547.69. This resulted In a net
credit increase in funds of £7,410.96
Principal Funding Sources
The majority of funds were raised through a mix of donatlons (£2.978.85 from Just
Giving, Asda. and company donations) and fundralslng events (£4,318.59 from
events listed above)
6. Plans for Future Periods
For the 20251206 academic year, a key priority is to continue raising funds for our
Minibus Appeal. Our goal is to raise £30000 to purchasellease the school's first
dedicated 17-seater minibus. This will transform our ability to offer off-site
enrichment activities. Our fundraising plan includes a series of community events
and targeted grant applications. Crucially, the appeal target includes a provision for
the first three years of servicing and maintenance costs, ensuring the vehlcle is a
sustainable long-term asset for our pupils
