Our respon51blll¢l¢$ for the Audit of tbe IlnAllti&l st8tem¢nts
We have been appointed as audiiots under Section 144 of Ihe Charities Act 2011 and rC￿rt in Hcwrd8nce with the Aci and

Our objectives are ￿ obtain reasonable assur8nc¢ about whether the financial slatemenis &4 a whole are free from m#ttri81

Retsonable assurance is a high level of assuran¢e, but is not a guarantee ihai an audit conducted in accordance with ISAS
(UK) will always detect a material mi55tatemeni when it exists. Misstatements can arks¢ from fraud or error gnd are
considered mAt¢ri&l if, individually or in the agBre8ate, they could reasonably be exp¢cted to iDfluertce the economic

The extent to which our procedures are Capable of d¢t¢ctin8 irregularities, IncludiD8 fraud is detailed below:
IrreBularili¢$, includin8 fraud. are insianc¢s of nOn-￿Mpli¥￿ct with laws athd Kguljtions. We d¢si8n procedures in lin¢

No it)st8nees of material Don-compliance were identifl￿. Howevw. the likelihood of det¢c¢irt$ irregularities. includinB
