**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC, PRIMARILY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, BY THE PROVISION OF THERAPEUTIC SERVICES, COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND TRAINING TO YOUNG PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES, FAMILY SUPPORT CARERS AND MEDICAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS LIVING IN, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HERTFORDSHIRE.

**Activities:** We provide tailored support to children, families, and adults, from early childhood through every stage of life. Our services include family support, psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, mentoring, and community outreach. We aim to help individuals reach their full potential, fostering communication, trust, and strong family bonds, which in turn support the growth of a thriving community.
