**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT—(A) TO ADVANCE THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR THE VISUAL ARTS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN ART GALLERY, STUDIO AND RESIDENCY SPACE, AND SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING FOR ARTISTS;(B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN METHODS OF IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING THROUGH ART.

**Activities:** We use art to improve peoples lives by providing access to skills, training and facilities via a wide range of learning and engagement programmes, including exhibitions, residencies and workshops. Our work advances the arts, in particular the visual arts, for the public benefit and advances education in methods of improving mental health and wellbeing through art.
