During the period, the charity did not undertake any charitable activities, did not hold trustee meetings, and did not commence operations. 

## **Financial review** 

The charity received no income during the period. 

Expenditure for the period amounted to £219, relating solely to charity formation costs. These costs were paid personally by a trustee and remain unreimbursed at the period end. The charity did not hold any funds or assets at the end of the period and no bank account had been opened. 

## **Plans for future periods** 

The trustees intend to commence the charity’s activities in a future financial period once operational arrangements are in place.
