**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH IN BOTH THE SCIENTIFIC AND THE APPLIED ASPECTS OF HYDROLOGY BY PROMOTING GOOD PRACTICE IN HYDROLOGY AND BY FOSTERING THE INVOLVEMENT OF ITS MEMBERS IN ACTIVITIES DIRECTED AT PROMOTING, ADVANCING, AND BUILDING ESTEEM OF HYDROLOGY.

**Activities:** The British Hydrological Society holds regular meetings and events to disseminate and promote contemporary hydrology, drive discussion, and build collaborations. We promote and support education and careers in hydrology. We produce hydrology-related communications and publications and we support the development of early-career hydrologists.
