The club has been run sinco 2014 and grtrwn from three or four team8 to ncfiv hove 26
teams in drfferent age groups offering fcM)tball and sctial events for ￿rt￿'PanlS from thè
ages of 4 years to 18 years. We have hwj success in managing the dub. which is stsble and
growing year on year. including athjing girl's teams. Sunday tèams and we are now looking
at an adult football wovision for both men and women in 2026. We have had var￿u$
successes including teams winning RFYL league dNisions, cups and varK)us age-
appropriate toumamenls and teams ranging from hyh thel to lower level at each age group,
which has allowed u$ to provide football everyone interested in dub Vh￿tever their ability
and experience.

Financial Review
The charity was rttenty registered, having preV￿sty Ixen part of Branth)n Untted.
In the first financial year, the charty m* a small surplus of £883.05" trE chanty's main
Sour￿ of income is from sub8UiPtK)ns. paid monthPy by parents. The income from subs is
used to fijnd the operational expenses of the Club. such as fees, presentslions and
additional equipment. Kils are srM)nscffed by vanou$ local businesses, and the club
apKKeuat8 their support. Add￿onal kit is purcha*Y and provKled by the club.
The following tabl8 shows monthly aThJ expendrture acro￿ the financial year.
The p8aks in income arKI expendttUTe are attribuied to toumament receipts and payment8.
Tournaments are pahd for via a mix of parent ￿ntribUtIon and ￿nd￿Sing events, which tak8
place throughout the year.

Reserves Policy
The Club maintains feserves to ensure continuty of football activ[￿ and to manage
unforeseen cost8. All funds are hekl in a designat￿ bank account mana3ed by the
Treasurer.
The Trustees aKn to hold reserves eqUiva￿￿t to month's operab'ng costs. average
£3,OlJ). Reserves may be used to manage short-tem cash flN issues or unavoidable
essential ex￿ndIture. Any u8e of reseNes must be approved ty th8 Treasurer and one
other Trustee.
The reserves ry)sith)n is revithved at each Trustees. rneeting and al Ihe AGM. In Ilne with the
Club's govemance arrangements.
At year end, the Club rep)rted a surplus of £883.05, vthith increases curmt reserves to
£4,199,. being the opening reser4es for the nexl fin8ncAal year.

Thè Club promotes physical health. wellbeing. teamwork, wnfidence. and positive social
engagement through regular training se$s￿)n8. c(Nnpetitive fixtures, and participation in local
tourn￿ents. These ad1vit￿ are delivered at cost and supported through subscriptions,
Sponsorship, and grant lunding. helping to ensure thal financial barriers do not prevent
part￿1patiOn. AlOngs￿e thi8. the Club offers a weffare scheme to ensu￿ disadvantaged
¢hildren are not prohibited from takiry part in club a¢li¥itw.
