Report on the Accounts
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Rotherham Families First for the year ended 31 March 2026.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act).
My examination has been carried out under section 145 of the Act. In undertaking the examination, I have followed all applicable Directions issued by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b).
Independent Examiner’s Statement
I have completed my examination. Based on the work undertaken, no material matters have come to my attention that give me cause to believe that, in any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or
-
the accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
I have found no concerns and have identified no other matters that should be drawn to the trustees’ attention to enable a proper understanding of the accounts.
