TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP AMONGST THOSE FACING DESTITUTION AS A RESULT OF THEIR IMMIGRATION STATUS, IN GREATER MANCHESTER AND OTHER PARTS OF THE UK AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE, INCLUDING PEOPLE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS, THOSE WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY CLAIMED ASYLUM AND OTHERS WHO HAVE SOUGHT SAFETY IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, ADVICE, INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY; AND4.2. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE FACING DESTITUTION AS A RESULT OF THEIR IMMIGRATION STATUS, INCLUDING PEOPLE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS, THOSE WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY CLAIMED ASYLUM AND OTHERS WHO HAVE SOUGHT SAFETY IN THE UK, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
