**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A NATURE-FOCUSED BEFRIENDING PROGRAMME AND THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH EDUCATION TRAINING PROGRAMMES.

**Activities:** Feed the Birds is a nature-focused befriending programme aimed at people over 18 experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Trained volunteers visit once a week to provide and maintain a bird feeding station and to chat with their client. Founded in 2016 by Shropshire Wildlife Trust, Feed the Birds became a stand alone charity in May 2024.
