Introduction** West Vale Mobility is a Community Transport Association dedicated to improving access to essential services, social activities, and community engagement for individuals who face mobility challenges. Our mission is to reduce isolation, promote independence, and enhance quality of life through affordable and reliable transport solutions. ## **2. Objectives and Activities** - Provide safe, accessible, and affordable community transport services. - Support all residents, including individuals with disabilities, and those living in the villages of Watchfield, Longcot, Bourton, Ashbury and Shrivenham; rural or underserved areas. - Promote social inclusion by enabling access to healthcare and wellbeing appointments. - Collaborate with local councils, healthcare providers, and community organisations to expand reach and impact. ## **3. Achievements and Performance** During the year ending 31 March 2025, West Vale Mobility: - Introduced this new Service in September 2024. - Delivered 180 passenger journeys. - Expanded volunteer driver recruitment, adding 12 new volunteers. - Introduced a new booking system to improve efficiency and accessibility. - Partnered with local health services to provide transport for medical appointments. - Received positive feedback from all service users surveyed. ## **4. Financial Review** **Income:** £51,493 **Expenses:** £34,246 **Net Surplus:** £17,247 The surplus will be reinvested into service improvements, including vehicle maintenance, driver training, and expansion of routes to underserved communities. ## **5. Reserves Policy** The trustees aim to maintain reserves equivalent to at least 12 months of operating costs to ensure sustainability and resilience. At year-end, reserves are in line with this policy. ## **6. Structure, Governance, and Management** West Vale Mobility is governed by a Board of Trustees who oversee strategic direction, compliance, and financial stewardship. Day-to-day operations are managed by a small team of volunteers. ## **7.
