Provide small income generating businesses for families in need. - **Uganda** – Implementing nutrition and food security initiatives in drought-prone regions. In addition to digging water wells and building places of worship for poor communities. - **Bangladesh** – Providing the community with healthcare support and medical aid. Trustee: N Moustafa Approved by the Board: 23rd October 2025 2 ## **INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES** ## **OF ALBERR** We report on the accounts for the year ended 9th May 2025 set out on the following pages. ## _Repective responsibilities of trustees and examiner_ The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act)) and that an independent examination is needed. It is our responsibility to: - examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act). - to follow the procedure laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 43(7)(b) of the Act), and - to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. to follow the procedure laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. ## _Basis of the independent examiner's report_ My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosure in the accounts, and seeking explainations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedure undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts. ## _Independent examiner's statement_ In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention: 1. Which give me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the trustees have not met the reqiurements to ensure that: - proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with section 41 of the 1993 Act), and - accounts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting reqiurements of the Act, or 2.
