**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN STILLNESS INFANT SCHOOL, BROCKLEY RISE, LONDON SE23 1NH (THE “SCHOOL”) BY:1. DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHER SCHOOL ASSOCIATIONS.2. ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE ITS PUPILS EDUCATION.3. PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES OR ITEMS (NOT PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY FUNDS) AS THE COMMITTEE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAM SHALL DETERMINE.4. PROVIDING FINANCIAL GRANTS AS THE COMMITTEE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE SCHOOL LEADERSHIPS TEAM SHALL DETERMINE.5. OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITY, AS THE COMMITTEE DEEMS APPROPRIATE, THAT SUPPORT THE CHARITY&#x27;S OBJECTS.

**Activities:** To advance the education of pupils in the school by (i) developing relationships between the staff, parents and other school associations. (ii) Engaging in activities which support the school and advance its pupils&#x27; education. (iii) Providing educational facilities or items (not provided from statutory funds) as the Committee in consultation with the school leadership team shall determine.
