- Hosted the 2024 Cardiff and Vale Carers Assembly 

- Ran group activities for unpaid carers 

- Provided grants to allow unpaid carers to take a short break 

- Engaged with Members of the Senedd and local authority officials to advocate for unpaid carers and promote their rights.
