**Objects:** A) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY OR DISABLED WHO USUALLY RESIDE IN MINCHINHAMPTON AND ITS ENVIRONS BY THE PROVISIONS OF CARERS AND BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND TRAINING TO SUCH CARERS;  B) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE RESIDENT IN MINCHINHAMPTON AND ITS ENVIRONS WHO ARE IN NEED, BY PROVIDING SPECIALLY DESIGNED OR ADAPTED HOUSING, AND ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.  THIS INCLUDES PROVISION OF A RESOURCE CENTRE THAT INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION, FURNITIVE INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS AND FACILITIES FOR REHABILITATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION. D) IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT JUST OUTSIDE THE SAID AREA, OR PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT ELSEWHERE, BUT WHO HAVE RESIDED AT SOME TIME IN THE SAID AREA OR WHO HAVE FAMILY RESIDENT IN THE AREA, OR WHO HAVE OTHER CONNECTIONS WITH THE AREA, MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Horsfall House is a home in Minchinhampton supporting the local elderly population.  We provide residential care, including for those with dementia, care within the home and access to a day centre.  While many residents pay the full cost of care, the charity subsidises care for the less well off ensuring they can stay within the community and makes capital investments to benefit all users.
