Our Youth section has also<br>begun to grow with the same process of the Nippers<br>feeding the group for it to expand.<br>Our adult volunteer numbers have grown with the majority<br>holding recognised SLSGB qualifcations in coaching<br>and/or water safety or are in the process of obtaining the<br>qualifcation.<br>We have increased our presence at regional and national<br>competitions.<br>We have begun to work with SLSGB to be able to deliver<br>Splash School programmes to local school children who<br>would otherwise not have access to or be involves in surf<br>lifesaving activities.|
