1. Introduction
The Trustees of Excellent Glory Church are pleased to present their annual report for the year ended [insert date], together with the church’s financial statements and independent examiner’s report.
Excellent Glory Church is a Christian charity committed to advancing the Christian faith, building godly families, nurturing disciples, and impacting the community through prayer, worship, teaching, and charitable works.
2. Objectives & Activities
Our core objectives are:
To preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
To support spiritual growth through worship services, prayer meetings, Bible study, and discipleship programmes.
To support the welfare needs of members and the wider community.
To provide youth and children's ministry and faith-based mentorship.
To engage in outreach, missions, and charitable community initiatives.
All activities during the year aligned with our mission to “Raise Kingdom Ambassadors and Reveal God’s Glory to the Nations.”
3. Achievements & Performance
Despite ongoing economic challenges, Excellent Glory Church experienced significant spiritual and community impact this year. Key achievements include:
Worship & Spiritual Growth
Consistent weekly worship services, prayer meetings, and Bible studies.
Special conferences and revival programmes including, Community outreach programmes, prayer fest, Church day out at the beach. Home visit to members.
Increased participation in home-cell fellowship groups and intercessory ministry.

Youth & Children Ministry
Growing attendance among youth and children.
Bible-based teaching series and discipleship programs.
Youth prayer retreats and worship events promoting godly character and leadership.
Community Engagement
Food and essential support programmes for families in need.
Evangelism outreach initiatives within local communities.
Partnership with local organisations for social impact.
Pastoral Care
Ongoing spiritual, emotional and practical support for members.
Marriage counselling, prayer counselling, and family support ministry.
4. Financial Review
The Church operated prudently and stewarded resources faithfully.
Total income (donations, offerings, tithes, gifts, etc.): £550
Total expenditure: £250
Reserves at year-end: £300
The Trustees continue to ensure responsible and transparent financial management.
5. Governance & Structure
Excellent Glory Church is governed by a Board of Trustees in accordance with its constitution. The Trustees are responsible for strategic leadership, ensuring legal compliance, and managing resources for the public benefit.

The Church maintains a strong safeguarding policy. All youth and children ministry workers are trained and vetted to ensure a safe environment.
7. Risk Management
Trustees regularly review risks relating to finance, governance, safeguarding, and ministry operations and have policies in place to mitigate these risks.
8. Looking Forward
Plans for the coming year include:
Expansion of discipleship programmes and leadership training.
Strengthening youth and children ministry.
Developing community outreach and missions.
Exploring property options for church growth (if applicable).
We continue to rely on God’s grace and the faithful commitment of our members, partners, and volunteers.
9. Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Report and ensuring the church maintains accurate financial records and operates within Charity Commission guidelines.
Annual returns for the financial period 02 May 2024 to 31 December 2024 was submitted to the Charity Commission on the 22[nd of] October 2025.
