The Trustees are pleased to present their annual report togetherwith the consolidated
financial statements the ch2rityfor the ye8r ending 31 March 2025.
The financial statements complywith the Charities Act 1993, and the Statement of
Recommended Practices-Accounting and Reporting by Charities {SORP 20051.
Chair's Report
In acting as Chair overthis year. l am very aware ofthe great strides forward made in
incorporating the charity. the basic establishment of charity functions. This year hugely
focused around gettingthe trustees. trained and aware oftheir responsibilities. through
various digital learning materials available through Charity commission and there non-
profit related training materials.
We as team. identified few areas of workto be established, in coming years and in
anticipation ofthat, agreed to registerfor bank account. HMRC registration towards
obtaining Gift Aid recognition.
In closing. I would like tothank ourfellowTrustees fortheir, commitment towards the
Chaity & its very purpose. We would like to focus more about the community, our 8rtist
and the benefits of bringingvarious art forms together. To know more about our charity.

Our focus is on fostering creativity. bu*lding conlidenee. 8nd developing es8enti81 skills through hands-on
artistic experiences. We work closely with communities. and local Organizations to ensure our work8hops
are accessible to all, regardless of their background or financial ciTcumstan¢e8.
The strategies employed to achleve ihe charlty's aims and objecttve$ in ¢oming years are-
Present a broa(1 range of art workshops and exhibitions for the enjoyment and education to our
local community.
Offer opportunitie$ for 8 broad range of people to get involved in arts activities exploringtheir
own creative side.
Provide ecosy3tem for am8teur 8nd prolessional artists to develop.
concentrate on involvement ofyoung people in the arts to help encourage a culture in which
different aBe group enjoy art in its own form.

Putting these strategies into action we intent to initiate the activities in major areas like workshops. st8g•
perforrnances. educational prograrns.
Pian forfuture periods:
The Trustees have agreed to open bank account with Metro Bank as communitycurrent& savings
accounts. HMRC registration tOW8rds obtaining Gift Aid recognition. We also agreed to develop Trustees
expense rn8nag8ment policy. our prieing poLityforlicketed evtrnts. 8nd the reserve policy and implement
them.
