The charity’s objectives
The objective of Colouring Green is to raise awareness of Cerebral Palsy strength and promote inclusion for children and families affected by disability. The charity aims to increase understanding within communities and provide opportunities for families to connect, feel supported, and celebrate the strengths and resilience of children with additional needs.
Activities during the year
During the reporting period the charity was in its early stages of development. Trustees focused on establishing the charity’s structure, governance, and preparing for future fundraising and awareness activities.
Planning and preparation work took place to support the charity’s mission of raising awareness of Cerebral Palsy strength and promoting inclusion within communities.
Financial Review
The charity did not receive any income or incur any expenditure during the financial period from 14 February 2024 to 13 February 2025 .
During this period the charity was in the early stages of development and had not yet opened a charity bank account. The charity bank account was opened in May 2025 , after the end of this reporting period.
Administrative Update
During the financial period the charity was establishing its governance and administrative processes as a newly formed charity.
The trustees acknowledge that the annual return and accounts have been submitted later than the required deadline. Measures have now been put in place to ensure that future filings will be completed within the required timeframe.
Trustees’ Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
The trustees confirm that the accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis and that they provide a true and fair view of the charity’s financial activities during the reporting period.
