Additional govemanco Issues (Optional inforniatlon) The charity was registered as a CIO on 30 April 2024 as a restrurturing of an existing CUA of the same name (an Excepted Charity). Assets have yet to be transfefred from the CUA to the new CIO, which during the period reFM)rted was non-operational. You may cho(w to include additional infomiation, where relevant, about: policies and procedures adopted for the indudion and training of trustees. Transfer of assets requires a bank account and a $105 ordèr from the Charity Commission. This order was delayed and was eventually issued on 5 February 2025. A subsequent delay owing to a further legal issue resulted in the assets still not having been transferred by the pericd end date of 31 March 2025, as a result of which the CIO was non-operational throughout the period report and remains so at the time of publishing this report.
