A Ixrywn bin wasn't acquired as we got 4 compost bins Instead as this will glve us compost for the site and 1$ cheaper in the long run. Pip is now running 8 club called InPal8 Monday to Thursday from 2.'30pm to 6.'30pm and she has booked the centre until the end of the summer tefm and has also booked it to run holiday clubs at half term and in the 8-week holiday from Tuesday 28th May to Thursday 29 M8y from 8am to 6pm and from 21 st Juty to 22 August from 8am to 6pm weekdays except KÈdnesday. She ha6 also book Monday to Thursday from 2nd June through to 17th July for regular activiti8s. InPals a180 hire the centre every other S8turday. 21 Ch•lr Report: It has been a Succ88ful year. and w8 have a steady income. have had Kirklees DofE - now known a5 Kirklees Outdoor Lèarning - continue the Cent on nesdaY evening, Southgate School use the hub on Mondays and Tuesdays 9'.30anF11.'30am and on nesday8 to Friday from 9'.30am-2'.30pm. InPals run by Pip use the centre as mentioned In item one. have Hamony use the Hub during the Easter holiday and continu88 as continual but regular user. Thanks to a grant from Kirkle8s Adventure Trust, the new shed ha8 bu1, and the interior is alm08t complete. Three new ralsed planters have bgen built in the area in front of the shed 88 EII as an additlonal planter next to the 81de of the fiéld. The field has been extended and a tyre wall has been built to Secure the end are8. It wlll be turfed over on 19th May. The power supply cable has b8en Installed to thè shed and the bushcraft area but is not yet r8ady to use. An addition81 CCTV camera has ten instslled to cover the iwshcraft area. M8ts1 and wooden storage units hav8 been added into the arts and crafts room and th storage room. Lock8 have been added to kitchen cupboards so that U8ers Can store thelr own good8. There are new door5 and magnetic locks have been in8t8lled. The roller shutter system has been changed so one key operates all the roller shutters. Steve wlll update us and Inform the insurance company of the 88curity updates. There is a new door for the storag8 room addition81 doors have ten purcha8ed for the office and the arts and craft room. The radiator in the art room has teen reloc8ted to create more wall space. St8ve fan a stsll at the Kifklee8 Advanture Trust Swng Falr to raise awarene88 of the centre. Steve also attends the councillor8 ward meeting8 to keep In touth with what 1$ going on in the communty. There was one incident of attempted vandalism. Thls was youlhs climbing on the church roof a8 well as 8t88ling tyre$ and 88tt1ng fire to them. Video shot$ Irn the CCTV hard drive were p8$sed onto the police and detached youth 8er¥ice w8te ab to identfy the people. The ¢ouncillor8 congratuted the centre on our action. Plans for the future include fenclng off the field wlth disablgd acc8ss gate. Also. we are adding a gate by the end of the bushcraft area across to the side of the footpath that will be an emetgency exit. Th8 maln Issue for the hub is the negotiations for purchase of the lease. Thi8 is currentty laking place. Inè also need to get new committee members. ar8 golng to carry on looking 8t putting up a gate from the vestry to wall. As outlined above, we have three regular clients. are looking to hire out the hub on th8 Other evenings that ate not currentty being used. Aside fiom the lease challenge, the situation is very he8hhy. and we are putting all the money after running cost8 into the building.

It was agreed for this process to take place. 6) Wat•r M•t•r Co•ts: The Hub agreed to make a contributlon to water rate8 that thé church pays. It was agreed to offer to pay 50% of the bill on golng.
