MAINTAINING THE LAND SURROUNDING THE SAID CHURCH FOR USE AS A BURIAL GROUND FOR DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE TURVILLE-PETRE FAMILY AND OTHERWISE STRICTLY BY PERMISSION OF THE CHARITY TRUSTEES.
