**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE:TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THURSTON AIR TRAINING CORPS (ATC) SQUADRON, THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** We provide support to young people of 863 Sqn ATC in the form of grants and payments for activities including such things as: Sports and games training costs, Training courses for personal development, Costs associated with gaining personal qualifications, Activity costs showing benefit to personal development and wellbeing, The provision and maintenance of equipment and training aids.
