Objectives and Activities** ## **Charitable Object** The object of the CIO is: _“The advancement of the amateur sport of cricket among young people who are economically and socially disadvantaged anywhere in the world for the public benefit by the provision of facilities for participation in the sport of cricket, and training of coaches for the enhancement of skills of young people in disadvantaged communities.”_ ## **Public Benefit Statement** The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to consider public benefit guidance issued by the Charity Commission. ## **3. Structure, Governance and Management** CATCH Trust is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered on **22 April 2024** . Trustees are appointed in accordance with the CIO constitution and are responsible for strategic oversight, governance, and compliance. During this first period, the trustees focused on establishing the charity’s governance, policies, and operational framework to enable future programme delivery and fundraising. Early Planning for the Girls Cricket Tour 2026** - Beginning discussions with UK cricket clubs and community organisations to support an international development tour for South African township-based girls’ cricket players in 2026. - Developing the project’s conceptual framework, objectives, and stakeholder base. ## **4. Development of UK Fundraising Networks** - Identification of prospective UK donors and funding foundations. - Strategic groundwork for UK-based philanthropic partnerships beginning in 2025–26. ## **5.
