The law applicable to charitieE in England and Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial starements for each financial year which give a true and lair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that period. Objectives and Activities The prevention or relief of povety for the public benefit. in particu]ar bul not exclusively by providing grants. training, workshops and educational assistance and services to persons who are seeking to train in the legal profession but who are restricted in doing so by reason of their poverty. To advance the education of students of the law by providing organised events and workshops and providing access to educational resources and guidance.
