Th¢ Directorsrrrustees have pleasure in presenting their Report and Financial Stalements of the
Companylcharity for the year ended 31 Dec¢mber 2014
Th¢ Dir￿torsrrru$lt¢s have adopted th¢ provisions of th¢ Charities SORP (FRS 102) 2019
in preparing th¢ annual report and financial statemenis of the Charity.
The Trustees in o￿l¢e throughout the >'ear were Mrs R Dym & Mrs T Stern.
All trustees give of their time freely and no trustee remuneration was paid in the year.

Howard Family Charitable Trust is a charity governed by The Charity Commission of England and Wales
The Trnst¢¢s are responsible for the governance of the organisation and are a¢tive in all
operational aspects of s(rat¢gic management. Major policy decisions are decided ai full
Trustees, meetings.
Principal Activity
The principal activity of the Charity during th¢ year was that of giving grants to charitable instiluiions.
Charitable Objeets are:
The charity was established to further both in the United Kingdom and abroad those piirposes
recognised as charitable by English Law. To achieve ih¢s¢ objects. the Charilj Utilises its income
to make grants 2nd donations which are in accordance with the guidan¢e of the Charity Commission
relating to Public Benefit.

Achievements
The Charity received rental income,gifts and donations in the }'ear for its operations- £214200
During the year. the Company gake £83,455 in grants and doiiations. The CompanN' receives
applicatiott5 for grants, which are considered by. the board.
The Charitable donations made went to further the goals and objectives of the Charity. Donations went
to organisations and institulions involved in orthodox Jewish religious education, s￿la[ welfare etc
Grants are only made upon a unanimous decision by the board.
The results and financial position are shown in the accounts. The Charity's income is sufficient to fund
its obligations.
The Trustees have identified the major risks the charitable company is exposed to and systems have been
established to mitigate these risks.
Public benefil
In s¢tlingy our objectives and planning our activities the Trustees have given careful consideration lo
the Chariiy Cotnniission s general guidance on public benefit and in particular to its supplementary
public benefit guidance on fee-charging.
This report has been prepared taking advantsge of the special exemptions applicable to small Companies
under Part I S of the Cornpanies ALI 2006.

Investment policy and returns
Under the memorandum and articles of association, Ihe charitv has the power to make any investment
which the trustees see fit.
Reserve$ Policy
The trustees relain r¢serves as necessary and where appropriate. consolidate funds in ord<r to
enable the charity to meet future needs or to make more substantial grants which they feel io be
appropriate.
Responsibilities of the Directorsrfrustees
Company Law requir¢s th¢ directors to prepare financial statetnents for each finaiicial vear which give
a tru¢ and fair view of-the state of affairs of (he Lharity as at the BalanLc sheet date. and of its
incoming resources, includiiig income and expendiiure for ihe financial I'car.
In preparing those financial stai¢ments, the DirectorslTrus(ees should follow best praclice and

The Directors/Trustees are responsible for maintaininb proper accounting records which

The Direciorsrrrustees are also responsibl¢ for saf¢guardiiig the charity's assets and hence for laking

We report on the financial statements of Finegrant Limited for ihe year cnded 31 December 2024.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The cliarit). s trustees consider
that an audit is not required for ihis year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (thc L harities Act)
and that an independent Cxamination is needed.

Basis of Independent F.xaminer's Report
My examinaiion was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examinalion includes a review of the accounting records kept bs the Charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosur¢s
in the accounts. and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit. and consequenily no opinion
is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view and the report is litnited to those matters
set out in the statemeni below.
