**Objects:** THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO IS:TO PRESERVE, REPAIR, RESTORE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT HELEN, A HISTORIC LIFEBOAT BUILT IN 1957 WITH SUBSTANTIAL HISTORY OF SAVING LIVES IN WHITBY.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC INCLUDING YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS TO THE HISTORIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE OF HELEN AND THE CRAFTS AND SKILLS INVOLVED IN HER BUILD AS PART OF THE HERITAGE OF THE AREA.

**Activities:** The Helen Wycherley Heritage Association are looking to offer historical educational and vocational tours of the traditional skills required to construct and maintain a historic vessel, offering respite for Mental Health, Young children with disabilities, disadvantaged families/children.This will include trips out, educational environmental tours of the coastal areas and Private charter weekends
