Organisatlonal structsre
Th8 charity trustees are responsible for the general control and management of the
charity. The trustees give their time freely and receive no remuneration or other
financaal benefits unless agre8d Oth8Fv￿Se.
The existing trust88s are responsible for the re(¥ultment of new trustees.

The trustees have assessed the risks the charityfa￿s and have drawn up a risk Matrix
which identifies the major risks by area of activity, tha nature of those risks, the
likelihood of the risks happening, and the measures taken to manage them.

Objectives
To promote social induslon for the publtc benefft by preventing people from becoming
soaally exduded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially &xduded and
assisting them to integrat8 Into Pjociety. For the purpose of this dausg -socially
exduded. rneans being exduded from society. or part of society, a5 a resull of being
a member of a soaally and economically deprived community. in particular but not
exdusively members of the Llbyan migrant communities in the greater Manchester
area of England.
