Accounts and Trustees’ annual report for our original charity – The Muslim Association of Wrexham, Charity Registration number 1045958, for the year between 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025, have already been submitted to the Charity Commission (the accounts are available on the Charity Commission Website).
There have been no financial transactions by our organisation in our new CIO – Charity number 1207880, for the year between 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025.
We are in the process of applying for a new bank account for the CIO after which the assets of our old charity (number 1045958) will be transferred to this CIO, and our old charity will be dissolved. The financial statement and accounts will be submitted for the CIO in future, once the old charity (1045958) has been dissolved.
