**Objects:** 3.1 TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT OF OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING, THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDENTS; AND 3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS, THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING, THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDENTS INCLUDING THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THAT SUBJECT AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF 3.1- 3.2 ABOVE “OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS, THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING” MEANS ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS COMMITTED OR IS ACCUSED OR IS SUSPECTED OF HAVING COMMITTED ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE, WHO IS TO BE OR HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO ANY LEGAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS IN RELATION TO THE SAME, OR IS FROM A DEMOGRAPHIC AT GREATER RISK OF EXPERIENCING THE ABOVE.
