## 2. Structure, Governance and Management 

Project Noor is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Foundation Model), registered on 16 April 2024. 

The charity continues to operate under the governing document adopted at registration, with trustees appointed in accordance with its provisions. 

## 3. Objectives and Activities 

The charity's purposes, as set out in its governing document, are: 

- To relieve poverty and financial hardship through the provision of essential items, humanitarian aid, education, healthcare projects and training. 

- To provide grants to individuals in need or to organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty. 

## Public Benefit Statement 

In carrying out these purposes, the trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. 



## 4. Achievements and Performance 

During this reporting period, the trustees focused on strategic planning and laying the foundations for Project Noor's future programmes. 

Key activities included: 

- Conducting research to identify gaps in the market where the charity can provide meaningful and sustainable support. 

- Assessing potential humanitarian and community projects. 

- Evaluating the logistical, operational and financial implications of proposed projects to ensure they are practical, sustainable and capable of delivering maximum public benefit. 

- Developing project proposals and implementation strategies to support future delivery. 

Although no projects were implemented during this reporting period, significant progress was made in research, planning and preparing initiatives for future delivery. 

## 5. Financial Review 

There was no financial income or expenditure during this reporting period. 

The trustees remained focused on strategic planning, research and project development to ensure that future charitable activities are sustainable, effective and aligned with the charity's objectives. 

Future funding will be sought through donations, grants and fundraising activities to support the implementation of the charity's planned projects. 

## 6. Plans for Future Periods 

During the next reporting period, the trustees aim to: 

- Commence implementation of the projects identified during the research and planning phase. 

- Develop partnerships with organisations and community groups to support project delivery. 

- Secure funding through grants, donations and fundraising activities. 

- Continue assessing community needs to ensure Project Noor's work remains relevant and effective. 

- Strengthen the charity's operational capacity and governance to support sustainable long-term growth. 



## 7. Governance and Compliance 

The trustees confirm that the charity has complied with its governing document and relevant charity law. Appropriate policies relating to safeguarding, financial controls, conflicts of interest, data protection and risk management continue to be maintained and reviewed.
