**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AT FERRERS FIELD PLAY AND SPORT AREA WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF YOXALL, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR ALL PERSONS AND PUBLIC BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Ferrers Field Development Group was formed in order to develop the green space of Ferrers Field in Yoxall, Staffordshire for the benefit of the whole community. We endeavour to do this by obtaining grants and fundraising to  provide equipment and accessibility for the community to take exercise, socialise and promote positive mental well-being.
