Cari￿ Town CFO was set up totake overthe assetsand acti¥ities ofCarir4 Town. a company limited by guarantee.
Although the charity was registered wtth the Charity Commission ¢n 11 April 2024, the trustee5 decided not to
take over the activities of the Company wlthin an accounting period which had aloady begun but instead to plan
and set up the necessary system in orderto start acttvities at the end of the financial year.
The transfer of a55ets and activities will therefore tske place on l April 2025 and there have been no financial
Iransartions withln the period covered by this set of account.

Funds held by the charitable cofnpany are elther.
Unrestricted general funds- these funds can be used in furtherance of the charitable objective5 at the

Restricted funds- these funds can only be used for the particulaF restricted purposes within the objects of
the charity. Re5trictiorts, which are leKally bindirg, arise whèn specifiod by the donor or when funds are
raised for particular restricted purp05e5.
