Objectives - To advance in life and relieve poor mental health in young people (upto age 18) living in Hull and East Riding through the provision of help, resources and workshops in the interest of social welfare designed to improve their mental health, well being and emotional understanding.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is To Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Young People Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities, And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
