The trustees confirm that these comply with the relevant regulations set out by the Charity Commission. ## **Governance** The One Heart Foundation (OHF) was established as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and was registered with the Charity Commission on 4 April 2024. The trustees were appointed at the charity's inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM), and they are reappointed annually at subsequent AGMs. The day-to-day operations of the charity are delegated to the Management Committee, consisting of elected volunteers who manage the charity’s affairs effectively. ## **Objectives** The charity's objectives are to advance the Islamic faith for the public benefit by all lawful means, including street preaching, offering religious education, distributing literature on Islam, providing pastoral support, and fostering positive relationships between Muslims and other communities. The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity’s aims and activities. ## **Achievements and Impact** The charity advanced its mission to promote understanding of Islam through expanded street dawah efforts, a wider distribution of free materials, increased volunteer participation, and strengthened governance through the implementation of new policies. Over 300 volunteer hours supported street dawah activities during the period. Regular street sessions were organised, reaching hundreds of individuals with accurate information about Islam. Qur’ans and booklets were distributed to both Muslims and non-Muslims, and one-to-one pastoral support was also provided. These efforts have helped deepen beneficiaries’ faith, offer essential guidance, and foster greater community understanding and harmony. ## **Financial Review** The charity has been able to continue its activities thanks to the voluntary efforts of the Management Committee and dawah volunteers. Where expenditure has been necessary, it has been met through in-kind donations. As the charity expands, we plan to encourage donation events to support public benefit initiatives and maintain a reserve policy equivalent to three months of operational costs. ## **Declaration** The trustees declare that they have approved the annual report.
