The Trustees present their report and the audited financial staternents of the charrty for the year ended 30 April
2025. The Trustees have adcipted the provisions ol the Statement of Recommended Practice ISORPI Accounting
and Reporting by Charities. IFRS 1021 in preparing the annual report and financial statements Df the charity.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in notes to the
accounts and comply with the charity's goveming docLJment, the Charities Act 2011 and Accounting and
Reporting by Charities." Statement of Recommended Practice applicable tts charities preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Stsndard applitrable in the UK and Republic of Ireland published in
Oetobèr 2019.
The Trustees
The Trustees who served the charity during the period are as noted on p8ge 1.
Structure, governance and management
The Bell Lamb and Joynson Foundation is a CIO Foundation, registered 3 April 2024 as a charity in England and
Wales Charity no. 1207706. The charity's day lo day operational running is managed by the Trustees.
Trustees of the charlty and key management personnel
The responsible persons for CIO are its Trustees for the purposes of charity law. The Trustees who have served
during the year and since the year end are set out on page 1.
The charity considers its key management personnel to cotllprise of the Tiustees, who make decision5 regarding
the awarding and payment of grants to projects. Trustees are appointed by the cuirent Trustees. New Trustees
are provided with background inforrmation on the objectives of the charty togeth8r with Charity ComTnission
guidance on the responsibilities of trustees.
Risk review
The Trustees are in the process of reviewing the risks lo which the Charity is subject and establishing mitigations
for Ihe risks identified.
OblectSves, actlvltles and publlc benefit
The Foundation aims are to support our local communities directly by the provision of awards, grants and
volunteering days from our team at Ball Lamb and Joynson, in addition to supporting organisations and local
charities that will directly benefit those struggling to cope with life due to illness (physical and mentall, improve
physical and mental health, addiction, grief, financial hardship, disability or creating tspportunities to improva
social mobility.
Achievements and performance
The Bell Lamb and Joynson Foundation made one gr8nl in the year.
Grant making policy
The Foundation supports proposals from charitable organisalions supported and pro￿Sed by one of our staff.
Trustees award grants based on the rnerils of each application. Applicab'ons for grant funding will be open on 1st
October starting in 2025 and will close on 30 November. Successful applications will be announced in January
each year.

The Trustees confirm that they have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general
guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charily's aims and objectives and in planning future activities and
setting the grant making policy lor the year.
Flnanclal revlew and reserves
Total income ftsr the year was £4,506 and expenditure was £2,738. At the end of the year the charity had
unrestricted funds of £1,768. The Trustees are reviewing the reserves policy.
Plans for future periods
The charity will continually identty projects 85 determined by our Trustees.
The Bell Lamb and Joynson Foundation will be supporting I(￿￿1 organi58tions here in the United Kingdom to
support the most vulnerable in our Communities.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the 8CCOUnts of The Bell Lamb and Joynson Foundation for the
year ended 30 April 2025 which are set out on pages 5 to 8 appended to this report.
Rèsponsibilities and basis of report
As the Charity's trustees you are responsible forthe prepar8tion of the 8coounts in accordance with the requirements
of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l.
I reptsrt in respect of my examination of the charity's aceounts carried out under seetion 145 of the Aet and in earrying
out my examination I have followed all the applic8bl8 Directions given by the Gharity Commission under section
1451Sllbl of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confimi thal no material matters have come to my altention in connection with
the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material iespect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act., or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records,. or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements Con￿mIng the form and content ol accounts
set out In the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 othei than any requirement that the
accounts gwe 8 'true and fairview, which is not 8 matter wnsidered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention
should be drawn in this report in older to enable a proper LJnderst8nding of the accounts to be reached.

Basis of aeeounting
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charities..
Statement of Recommended Practi￿ applicable to charrties preparing their accounts In accordance with
the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective October
20191- (Charities SORP IFRS 10211 and the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and
Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021.
The accounts are presented in £ rounded lo the nearest £.
The Bell Lamb and Joynson Foundation meets th8 definition of a public benefrt 8ntity und8r FRS 102.
Assets and liabilities are initially recognised at historical cost or transaction value unless otherwise staled
in the relevant accounting policy notes.
Golng concern
The Trustees assess whether the use ol going concem is appropriate i.e. whether there are any material
uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubl on the ability ol the charity to
oonlinug as a going concern. The Trustees rnake this assessment in respect of a period of 81 least one
year from the date of aulhorisation for issue of the financial statements and have concluded that the charity
has adequate resources to continue in operational exislence for the foreseeable future and there are no
material uncertainties about the charity's ability to continue as a going concern, thus they continLJe to adopt
thg going concern basis of 8Goo(Jnting in preparing the financial statements.
Donations and l*gaci•s
Voluntary income re￿iVed by way ol donations and gifts is included in full in the Statement of Financial
Activities ISOFAI when receivable.
Resources expended
All expenditure is accounted for on an atcruals basis as a liability is incurred. Expenditure ine1udes any VAT
which cannot be fully recovered and has been classified under headings that aggregate all costs related to
the category.
Resources expended are allocated lo the Particular activity where the cost relates directly to Ih818clivity.
Fund accountlng
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with thè ch8ritls charitable objectives at the discr8tion of thè
trustees.
Judgements and Key assumptions
There are no judgernents or assumptions required as part of the preparation of the accounts.
There have been no key assumptions ￿nCerning the future and other key sources of estimation un￿rtaintY
at ihe reporting dale that have a significant risk of causing a rnalerial adjustment to the carrying amounts of
assets and liabilities within the next financial year.
