**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, IN ALL CASES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 18-25 BY PROVIDING MENTORING DIRECTED AT DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** YungMash Collective will provide coaching and mentoring in critical life skills, self-management and personal growth for the public benefit in young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 on subjects that will enable them to better navigate the education, work and life challenges that the youth face as they attempt to become independent and self-sufficient.
