The CIO is responsible for sailing, stand up paddle boarding and open water swimming activities taking place at Chelmarsh Reservoir.

Objects: The Objects Of The Club Are:1. To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities For Water Sports2. To Provide And Assist In Providing Facilities For Sport, Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Such Persons Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity, Disablement, Poverty, Social Or Economic Circumstances And For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life; And3. To Advance Education Of The Public Through The Provision Of Training Courses In Water Sports And Related Activities.
