Para 1.20 | For the period in question, the charity was unable to achieve tangible results which could be reflected in this report, because the charity was unable to secure the funding needed to do so. This was despite a concerted and systematic effort undertaken to apply for grants listed on public databases for UK charities during the period in question. As a result of this, and in mindfulness of the purpose of the charity to create achievements for the public benefit, substantial internal meetings took place during the period in question as to how the charity could achieve funding in subsequent periods in the future. |

Para 1.41 | This was most disappointing of all. A large number of applications and cold- call approaches were sent to a variety of potential funding sources: both from public databases for grant opportunities, as well as manual searching of the Charity Commission Registry for England and Wales and cold-calling at the registered contact details for each. |

Para 1.41 | Through internal meetings, the charity was able to create a pitch deck and other media marketing materials which were circulated in the above applications and introductions. This was possible through substantial private time invested by the Members towards the identified objectives of creating said materials. |
