## **Northampton Castle Lions Club** 

Northampton Castle Lions Club comprises club members and the trustees; both parties work in close association to achieve the club's objectives. 

The club remains small in size, with limited membership and modest levels of activity during the reporting period. Despite these limitations, we have continued to operate in accordance with our charitable objectives and responsibilities and under the guidance of Lions Club International. 

Our main activities are focused on fundraising, with an emphasis on increasing our membership as we move forward. 

The Trustees remain committed to maintaining transparency, compliance, and good stewardship of the charity’s resources. We will continue to review the club’s activities and financial position to ensure continued alignment with our obligations.
