IF HESG ENGAGES WITH AN LMIC, SUPPORT MAY CONTINUE FOR UP TO FIVE YEARS OF CONSECUTIVE RE-CLASSIFICATION AS AN UPPER INCOME COUNTRY.PROVIDING AND FACILITATING: HESG WILL DIRECTLY PROVIDE AND/OR COMMISSION EDUCATION, TRAINING AND MENTORING AND/OR THIS WILL BE PROVIDED INDIRECTLY E.G.
