Dear Sir or Madam,

Re: Streetlife (Leeds) – Submission of Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025

The trustees of Streetlife (Leeds) are pleased to submit the charity’s first annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2025. Streetlife (Leeds) was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) on 28 March 2024. Shortly after registration, the charity was required to vacate the premises from which it had planned to operate.

Consequently, formal fundraising and project delivery have not yet commenced. During this initial period, trustees have focused on governance, compliance, and preparatory work to identify alternative premises and develop partnerships for future service delivery. A bank account has been opened with an initial £50 introduced by the Chair from personal funds to enable administrative setup. No other receipts or payments occurred during the period.

These accounts have been prepared on a receipts-and-payments basis in accordance with Charity Commission guidance (CC16) and are accompanied by a Trustees’ Annual Report explaining the current operational status. We trust this submission satisfies the Commission’s requirements for the period, and we remain committed to ensuring full compliance and transparency as Streetlife (Leeds) moves toward active operation in the coming year.

Yours faithfully,

Jamie Cook

Chair of Trustees
