**Objects:** 1) TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THOSE IN NEED DUE TO POVERTY AND LIVING HOMELESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:- FOOD- SHELTER- ESSENTIAL CLOTHING AND ITEMS- SIGNPOSTING TO OTHER APPROPRIATE SERVICES2) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH, THROUGH ESTABLISHING A CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELLING SERVICE, FITNESS PROGRAMMES AND PEER SUPPORT TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF HOMELESSNESS, INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE.

**Activities:** The CIO aims to support people experiencing poverty and homelessness by providing food, shelter, clothing, essential items, fitness programmes, and links to other services. It also seeks to promote good mental health through confidential counselling and peer support, especially for those affected by homelessness, alcohol, or substance abuse.
