Reserves Policy
fluctuations in receipts or payments, meet its short and long term liabilities. The Board medium term cash flow and thereby its requirements for free income reserves on a regular basis during the period.
The unrestricted funds of the Charity are principally invested in the working capital that is used to provide services in accordance with the objectives of the Charity.

Plans for future Periods
In 2025, Daivik Foundation focused on direct, practical support for people experiencing homelessness in Central London. We organised outreach visits to distribute health packs containing essential hygiene and wellbeing items, ensuring immediate support reached those in need. During the year, we established a formal partnership with The Passage.
This process took longer than anticipated due to the regulatory and compliance requirements involved, but it has provided a strong and sustainable framework for ongoing service delivery. Since January 2026, we have been running weekly yoga sessions for homeless clients to support physical and mental wellbeing. From February 2026 onwards, we will also be delivering monthly Basic Life Support (BLS) training sessions, open to both keyworkers and homeless clients, equipping them with practical, potentially life-saving skills. These initiatives reflect our continued commitment to accessible, community-based health support.
We are finding out feet and used the first year after successfully registering as a charity, to get traction and make ourselves known in formal circles.
Custodian Funds
The charity does not hold any funds as a custodian trustee on behalf of other organisations or individuals.
