The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution dated 27th March 2024. 

The trustees are responsible for the general control and management of the charity and meet as required. 

## **Objectives and activities** 

The charity’s objects are set out in its constitution. 

During the period, the charity undertook **no charitable activities** and had **no income or expenditure** . 

## **Public benefit** 

The trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. As the charity was dormant during the period, it did not carry out activities that furthered its charitable purposes. 

## **Financial review** 

The charity had **no income and no expenditure** during the period. At the year end, the charity held **no assets and no liabilities** . 

This was the charity’s first reporting period following registration. 



## **Plans for future periods** 

The trustees intend for the charity to commence charitable activities in the next financial period, following the development of operational plans.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees’ annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (UK GAAP).
