Section C Objectives and activities United 4 Peace aims to prevent or relieve poverty anywhere in the world by providing grants items and services to individuals in need or charities, or other organisations working to relieve poverty. United 4 Peace supports virtims of natural or other kinds of disasters by providing aid or money to assist in relief efforts. Furthermore, United 4 Peace supports such other charitable purposes as set out in the Charities Act 2011 as the Trustees see fit. United 4 Peace undertakes these activities by partnering with other UK registered charities or other re81Stered organisations to assist in the distribution and implementation of these objectives. M25 9WQ Section D Achievements and performance United 4 Peace assists In relieving those living in poverty, those suffering from natural or non- natural disasters and other charitable objects as set out in 5.3 of the Charities Act 2011 by partnering with several UK registered charities and other registered organisations to assist in distribution of aid or implementation of projects. Namely, United 4 peace has fostered a strong relationship with Al-lmdaad Foundation UK111401871. During this period we have provided food packs, hot meals, medical aid and water for thousands of individuals across Pakistan, Syria, Yemen. Palestine, Bangladesh, Congo and Sudan though our partner Al Imdaad Foundation UK. All of United 4 Peace's income comes from donations. Donors are provided photo and video feedback from each aid distribution or projettto ensure thatwe provide IOOOA transparency. United 4 Peace promotes its work through its social media page @United.4.Peace and donors donate dirertly to the charlty's bank account. Section E Financial Review The charity has one main bank account with Lloyds Bank. The Lloyds Bank account is mostly used to pay suppliers and contractors as well as receiving donations. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner As the charity trustees of the CIO you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'lhe Acl'l. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act., to follow the procedure5 laid down in the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5Kb) of the 2011 Aet., and to state whether any particular matters have com¢ to my attention. Basis of independent examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general direction5 given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. 1121so includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the a¢¢ounts present a 'true and fair view and the report is limited lo those matters set out in the statement below. Independent examiners statement The trustees have prepared income and expenditures accounts showing donations and funds received of £25180 in the year ended 17th October 2025. All transaction were recorded on timely basis, digitally and proper book keeping were kept lo support any payments made and received with narrations. In connection with my examination, no materi21 matter have come to my attention, other than that referred to in the above paragraph., which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in. any material respect.. the accounting records were not kept In accordan￿ with section 130 of the Charities Act or the accounts do not accord with the accounting records . the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and conlenl of aCCOLJnts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'lrue and fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
