## **Dear CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES** 

YMESSDF are currently working to finalise the necessary administrative procedures and documentation required by Lloyds Bank. We are in regular contact with the relevant authorities at Lloyds Bank to finalise the process and establish a Business Bank Account under the name of our charity, 'Yesus Menna Educational and Support Service for The Deaf Foundation' (YMESSDF). 

However, it took considerable time to complete the process. As a result, YMESSDF are  unable  to  collect  funds  for  the  charity's  annual  return  for  25/03/2024  - 25/04/2025, and our records of gross income and spending for the financial period are Nil. 

This situation directly impacts our ability to carry out our activities, as the collection of funds is essential for the operation and support of charitable initiatives. 

Hence,  once  the  account  is  opened,  YMESSDF  will  immediately  commence fundraising activities and ensure all donations are managed in accordance with regulatory guidelines. 

Therefore, YMESSDF appreciate your understanding and patience as we address these initial organisational requirements to enable the charity's effective operation.
